Dermal Fillers for Lip Injections

How does it work:

Neuromodulators (Dysport / Botox) 

Neuromodulators block the signals from the nerves to the muscles. The injected muscle can no longer contract, which causes the wrinkles to relax and soften.

Dermal Fillers (Restylane / Juvederm)

Dermal Fillers are aesthetic gel-based treatments injected under the skin. They are specifically designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, contour the face, and create volume. As we age we lose volume due to bone loss and fat-pad loss. Dermal fillers diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles and give a natural, softer, more youthful appearance. They are also used to add volume and contour to the lips.
Common areas used: Nasolabial Folds [area from nose to corner of mouth], Marionette Lines [area from sides of mouth down to the chin or jaw line], Malar Region [cheek area], and the Lips.

What is the difference between Restylane VS Juvaderm or Dysport VS Botox cosmetic?

They are the same product made by different manufacturers. It’s like comparing Nordstroms VS Bloomingdales – Both high end & great. Allergan is a more expensive product because they advertise to the public. Galderma makes Dysport which is Botulinum Toxin A such as Botox and Restylane which is the same as Juvederm. Dr. Suarez prefers the Galderma products due to a prior patient survey that found the products lasted longer and are more cost-efficient for the patients

What is the Pure Facelift or Liquid Facelift?

This technique is the use of combining platelet-rich plasma with dermal fillers. By using the Vampire Facelift technique you can simultaneously restore your youthful appearance, add volume, improve skin tone, and skin texture.

How is the Pure Facelift Performed:

First, dermal fillers are used to create a beautiful shape. Then, the Platelet Rich plasma isolates growth factors from the patient’s blood. When these growth factors enter the face, the activated multi-potent stem cells are able to grow new tissue.
