Our commitment

Pure Wellness Medical wants every person who visits this website to be able to read it, use it and reach us, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control, captions or a keyboard instead of a mouse.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That standard guides how we build and review every page.

What we do

• Text is written in plain language and set with strong contrast against its background.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Headings, lists, tables and form labels are marked up so assistive technology can read them in order.
• Pages work on phones, tablets and desktops, and text can be enlarged without losing content.
• Videos we publish carry captions.
• We review the site when pages change, and we fix problems we find.

Forms, calendars and outside tools

Some parts of this website, such as our application form, booking calendar and chat, are provided by outside services. We choose these tools with accessibility in mind and ask our vendors to meet the same standard. If one of them gets in your way, tell us and we will help you another way.
