Working with Dr. Suarez
Who will I actually see?
Dr. Suarez. He runs your results consult, your scheduled reviews and your plan all year. Your coach and care coordinator handle the rest between visits, so you’re never left wondering who to ask.
Do I have to come to New Jersey?
Usually not. Visits are by video. Blood draws, imaging, DEXA, infusions and scans are arranged at partner facilities near your home. Legacy and Longevity Concierge include optional in-person days. Some prescriptions, like testosterone, are controlled substances, and federal rules can require an in-person visit before we start them; if that applies to you, we’ll tell you at your consultation and arrange that visit before you start.
Do I still need my primary care doctor?
Yes. Pure Wellness Medical focuses on hormone, metabolic and longevity care. Keep your primary care doctor for routine and sick visits. With your permission, we share your plan and results with them so everyone is working from the same page.
Which states do you serve?
Every state except California and Nevada.
What does the $97 consultation include?
A 30-minute telehealth visit with Dr. Suarez to review your goals and history and decide which program fits. The $97 is credited to any program you enroll in within 30 days.
Why do you ask about budget before I book?
Because our programs are a real investment, and it isn’t fair to you to find that out at the end of a consultation. If a membership isn’t the right step today, we’ll point you to the book and our free resources instead.
What if I’m not a fit?
Dr. Suarez will tell you honestly, and tell you what he would do next in your shoes.
Is the chat on your website a person?
It’s an AI assistant. It can answer general questions and book your consultation. It never gives medical advice; anything medical goes to our care team or to Dr. Suarez.
Programs and results
What is the Longevity Score?
Every lab value on your panels is scored from 0 (optimal for longevity) to 6, each panel gets a score, and the composite is tracked every quarter. It’s how you and Dr. Suarez see, clearly, whether the plan is working.
How fast will I notice anything?
Most members have a written plan within two weeks and medications within three. Changes in energy, sleep and recovery are commonly reported in the first six to eight weeks; your first re-scored labs come at 90 days. Individual results vary.
What is the Diagnostics Day?
A full-body MRI, a coronary CT angiogram with AI plaque analysis and the Galleri multi-cancer blood test, scheduled at centers near you and read with Dr. Suarez on video within 14 days. Included in Performance and above; $6,500 for other members.
Are medications included?
Yes. The hormones, peptides, NAD+ and supporting prescriptions listed for your program are included and delivered to your door, prescribed when clinically appropriate. Add-ons beyond your program are listed on our programs page.
Which program should I start with?
If you want the full picture, Performance is the program Dr. Suarez recommends most, because it’s the first level that includes the Diagnostics Day every year. If you want to start with one hormone, Essential Hormone is a fine place to begin. Your consultation settles it.
Cost, coverage and terms
Is this covered by insurance?
No. Our programs are private-pay. Monthly financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry, and HSA or FSA funds may apply with a letter of medical necessity through TrueMed.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly payments are available through CareCredit and Cherry, subject to approval.
Will I get surprise bills?
No. Your program price covers everything listed for it. The only things ever billed beyond it are add-ons you choose and services beyond a credit, and you approve those before they happen.
Can my spouse join?
Yes. Family rates are listed for every program, and Longevity Concierge includes two family members at 50%.
Can I cancel?
Every program is a 12-month membership. You may cancel with 60 days’ written notice.
What is the guarantee?
Follow your plan for 12 months, and if your composite Longevity Score has not improved, your next year’s lab panels are on us.
Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?
No. Pure Wellness Medical does not accept Medicare or Medicaid, and we don’t bill them or any insurance plan. All of our programs are private-pay.
Is my information private?
Yes. Our website forms collect only what we need to schedule you. Medical details are handled in our secure intake after you book, never on a public form.
