What changes between programs is how deeply we look, how often he reviews you, and how much of your care we carry for you. Take your time here. When you’re ready, the $97 consultation is where we figure out the right fit together.

Every price is the same in every state we serve. Monthly is the annual price divided by twelve, available through CareCredit and Cherry financing. Pay in full applies when the full year is paid at enrollment.
Start at Performance. It’s the first level that includes the Diagnostics Day, and it’s the program Dr. Suarez recommends most.
Legacy. Monthly physician reviews, your genome on file, and a $5,000 credit for IV, hyperbaric oxygen or regenerative care.
Longevity Concierge. Direct cell and text to Dr. Suarez with a reply within two hours on weekdays, and two family members at half price.
Essential Hormone is a fine place to begin, and many people move up once they see their scores.

Follow your plan for 12 months, and if your composite Longevity Score has not improved, your next year’s lab panels are on us.
And your program price covers everything listed for it. The only things ever billed beyond it are add-ons you choose and services beyond a credit, and you approve those before they happen. No surprise invoices, ever.
