How a membership begins
- Apply. One minute: a few questions so we can make sure we’re the right fit before you spend a dollar.
- Consult. Thirty minutes with Dr. Suarez, on video, from wherever you are.
- Labs. Drawn near your home (or at home, from Complete upward).
- Results and plan. Dr. Suarez walks you through every value and your Longevity Score, and writes your plan, usually within two weeks.
- Medications at your door. Usually within three weeks, prescribed when clinically appropriate.

- Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. Messages on other days are answered the next business day.
