Making the Change Private Coaching
Twelve weeks of private coaching with Dr. David Suarez.
A 12-week personalized coaching program focused on your priorities, habits, faith, relationships, purpose and stewardship.
Coaching is education, goal setting and accountability. You set the goals. We meet, you get a plan in writing, and every week someone checks that you did what you said you would do.
$4,000 paid in full, or six monthly payments of $667 ($4,002 total).
What’s included
- Twelve weeks of personalized coaching.
- Six private 45-minute coaching sessions with Dr. Suarez, by video.
- Weekly written accountability check-ins.
- Messaging between sessions, with replies within two business days.
- A personal action plan, and a 90-day roadmap at the end so you know what to do after week 12.

Please read this part. Coaching lasts 12 weeks either way. The payment plan spreads the cost over six months, so payments continue for about three months after your last coaching week. The plan does not make coaching longer.

If it’s a fit, the office sends your coaching agreement and payment options.
Start your 12 weeks.
Schedule your six sessions and send your first weekly check-in.
Coaching and medical care are separate
Coaching is education, goal setting and accountability. It is not medical care, therapy, or financial, legal or investment advice, and it does not make you a patient of Pure Wellness Medical. Dr. Suarez does not diagnose, treat or prescribe in coaching sessions, and coaching does not use your medical information.

The fine print
Private coaching is sold and provided by Pure Wellness Medical PLLC, so that name appears on your receipt. Refund requests are reviewed individually by the office. No specific health, financial or personal result is promised. Individual results vary.
