The website is not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information. That includes our articles, videos, program descriptions, the FAQ and anything the website’s AI chat assistant tells you. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace a visit with a licensed clinician who knows your history. Do not start, stop or change any medication or treatment because of something you read here. Individual results vary.

No doctor-patient relationship until a visit

Visiting the website, filling out a form, sending a message, using the chat or booking a consultation does not make you a patient of Pure Wellness Medical or Dr. David Suarez. A doctor-patient relationship begins only when you have a visit with Dr. Suarez, and it covers only the care he agrees to provide.

Emergencies

If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use the website, its forms, the chat or email for anything urgent.

Our services

We see patients by telemedicine in every state except California and Nevada. Availability of specific therapies can vary by state. Hormones, peptides and NAD+ are prescribed by Dr. Suarez when clinically appropriate and dispensed by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Pure Wellness Medical does not bill insurance.

Prices and program details on the website can change. The terms of your membership, including its 12-month length and how to cancel, are set out in the agreement you receive when you enroll. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

Using the website

Please use the website only for lawful purposes. When you fill out a form, give accurate information about yourself, and do not submit information about another person without their permission. Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the website, and do not copy its content by automated means.

Our content

The text, images, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Pure Wellness Medical or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please ask us before you copy, publish or sell any of it.

Other websites

The website links to other companies, such as Amazon, CareCredit, Cherry, TrueMed and social media sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
